Less talking. More movement.
A guided one-on-one Brazilian Zouk or Lambada practice format focused on repetition, sensation, timing, connection and physical feedback rather than extended explanation.
$60 · 30-minute session
Practice with a partner who is actively shaping the learning environment.
Instead of stopping after every attempt to discuss what happened, the session uses partner feedback, task constraints, timing changes, selective cues and repeated movement. The objective is to help the body organize the skill through enough high-quality exposure.
The emphasis
Movement volume · physical feedback · timing · connection · coordination · repetition · movement habits.
Private lesson
Coaching-led. Diagnose a problem, explain it, build a model, train it and transfer it back into dancing.
Kinesthetic practice
Movement-led. Reduce discussion, increase dancing, repeat the skill and use physical feedback to shape the habit.
Which one?
If you need to understand why something is not working, choose a private. If you understand it but need your body to absorb it, kinesthetic practice may fit better.
Connection
Refine how information is given, received and maintained through continuous partner practice.
Timing
Repeat movement under different timings until coordination becomes more stable and adaptable.
Movement quality
Work on continuity, tone, weight organization, pathways and efficiency through sustained movement.
Social-dance fluency
Practice transitions, variation and decision-making with less stopping and more realistic dancing.
Lambada rhythm & pathways
Build physical familiarity with rhythm, body organization and pathways through repeated partnered movement.
Specific movement habits
Choose one constraint and accumulate high-quality repetitions until the body finds the solution more consistently.
Some things need to be explained. Other things need to be felt enough times that the body stops needing the explanation.
Understanding first. Embodiment next. Transfer after.
Movement Architecture
Clarify what organizes the movement before increasing repetition.
Deliberate Practice
Use constraints, retrieval and variation so repetition stays purposeful.
Mentorship
Combine kinesthetic practice with personal goals, feedback and ongoing guidance. Selective mentorship, limited to 30 students.
A good fit if…
You already have some technical understanding but want more embodied repetition, better timing, stronger connection, smoother coordination or greater social-dance fluency.
Choose a private instead if…
You are unsure what the problem is, need detailed conceptual explanation, want a full technical diagnosis or need to rebuild the movement from first principles.
