This notice covers this website, inquiries sent through it, and learning records used to provide our services. External venues, event organizers, payment services and websites have their own privacy practices.

• Inquiries and applications: your name, email or other contact details, dance experience, goals, availability and the message you choose to send.
• Learning accounts: account details, membership access, lesson summaries, coach observations, assigned practice, progress, reflections and activity you save in the member tools.
• Messages and feedback: communications, feedback responses, optional ratings, and any testimonial wording, credit and sharing choices you submit.
• Bookings and payments: the service booked, scheduling details, payment status and relevant transaction records. Payment providers handle payment credentials under their own policies.

Please share only what is needed for your inquiry or training. Discuss relevant physical limitations directly with your instructor; avoid posting medical information or other sensitive details in community spaces.

We use this information to answer inquiries, assess program fit, arrange and deliver lessons, manage accounts and bookings, provide coaching and practice resources, respond to feedback, maintain business records and keep the services working securely.

Coaches may use transcription or AI-assisted drafting tools, including Granola, to prepare lesson notes. Notes proposed for the student learning record are reviewed by a coach before approval. Discuss recording and note-taking preferences with your coach before a session.

Gab and authorized coaches or administrators access information needed for their work. Private coaching areas are intended for the relevant student and authorized coaches. Shared member channels are visible to participants who have access to those channels; they are not private messages to Gab.

The feedback form separates private feedback from an optional public testimonial. A testimonial and its selected credit may be published after review when website permission is given. Advertising permission is a separate choice. Contact us with your submission reference to request a change to those permissions or removal from channels we control.

Service providers process information to host and operate the website and learning accounts, deliver messages, and support our work. These include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for accounts and stored learning records, Resend for website application emails, and our email and messaging providers. Choosing WhatsApp, email, an external media player or another outside service also involves that provider. Information may be processed outside your home country.

We may disclose relevant records where required by law or to address a legitimate security or legal issue.

Public pages use Google Analytics to measure visits and interactions such as opening contact links, exploring classes and sending an application. Google Analytics can use cookies and receive technical and usage information, such as browser or device details, pages visited and interactions. See how Google uses information from partner sites.

Account sessions, preferences and some practice or reflection data also use browser storage. Some records remain on your device; others are saved to your learning account. Clearing browser storage can sign you out or remove locally saved work.

You can manage cookies and site storage in your browser. Google also offers an Analytics opt-out browser add-on. These controls do not delete records already saved to your account.

Retention depends on the purpose of the record: responding to an inquiry, supporting an active learning account, maintaining booking and financial records, or meeting legal and security obligations. Some records may need to be retained after a request to close an account.

To request access, correction, account closure, deletion or a change to testimonial permissions, contact hello@gablacarriere.com. Include enough information to locate your account or submission, but do not email passwords or payment credentials. We may need to verify that the request comes from the person concerned. Available rights and any exceptions depend on applicable law.
