What you train

Build skills you can use on the dance floor.

Connection + Timing

Develop clearer partner communication, rhythm and timing choices that transfer into social dancing.

Movement Architecture

Understand how patterns are built, related and transformed instead of treating them as isolated sequences.

Adaptability

Practice decision-making and movement options that remain usable outside a rehearsed combination.

Before your first step

A few useful answers.

Get a clearer sense of the next step, then bring your own questions to Gab.

I’m new to Zouk. Where should I start?

Tuesday Zouk is intermediate+. If you are new to Zouk or partner dancing, tell Gab about your experience before choosing a class. He can help you explore a suitable starting point, including Lambada or individual training.

Are Tuesday memberships the same as mentorship?

They are separate programs. Tuesday memberships cover one or two Tuesday Zouk classes over 12 or 24 Tuesdays. Mentorship combines monthly private coaching, Kinesthetic Practice, Sunday group training and the member learning spaces. Admission is selective, and mentorship is limited to 30 students.

How do I confirm the right class and location?

Use the schedule above to explore the classes, then send Gab your experience and preferred date. Tuesday is at Teatro Círculo, with one class space and no room number. For Thursday, confirm the Ripley-Grier address and room. Confirm your date and place with Gab before attending.

Does sending an inquiry reserve a place?

No. The inquiry starts a conversation. Your place, start date and payment arrangements are confirmed directly with Gab.

Talk to Gab about your next step.

Contact Gab on WhatsApp or email hello@gablacarriere.com.
