THE PURPOSEMore understanding. More freedom.
02 / THE APPROACH
Understand it.
Feel it.
Make it yours.
A clear explanation is only the beginning. Learning happens when you connect an idea with what you feel—and learn to use it in the moment.
Explore the teaching methodMake sense of the movement.
Explore how timing, direction and connection work together, with explanations and feedback to guide your practice.
Give it time in your body.
Use focused repetition to connect an idea with what you feel while dancing.
Develop your own choices.
Practice adapting with different partners and music, so the movement becomes something you can use.
03 / THE STORY
From classrooms
to dance floors.
For Gab, technique is not the end goal. It is the structure that makes freedom possible.
Teaching experienceOriginally from France, Gab came to dance with a background in pedagogy and philosophy of science, together with professional experience as a school teacher. That foundation continues to shape his approach to movement education through observation, diagnosis, sequencing, feedback and learning design.

Connection
