Build foundations that create freedom.
Training focuses on the structures that allow dancers to move clearly, safely and creatively with a partner: rhythm, body organization, partner communication, movement mechanics, pathways and relationships between patterns. Rather than treating Lambada as a collection of figures, the goal is to build a framework dancers can reuse.
